There is no sales tax charged outside of Colorado
Colorado residents will be charged 7.6% sales tax
Returns
Skincare Solutions Store will be happy to accept returns for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. The container must be at least 75% full. Unopened and unused products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. We will include a sample of many of our products. Please use the sample first. We cannot accept returns for opened items if an identical sample was included in your order. Shipping fees are not refundable on returns. If your order was shipped free, then our flat rate shipping charge of $5.95 will be deducted from the total refund amount. This charge does not apply to exchanges and store credits. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for return processing and refunding.
Should an item be received in damaged or defective condition, we will be happy to replace it and refund any shipping charges for its return. Please note: returns will be accepted only with the prior consent of Skincare Solutions Store and must have a return authorization code issued by our customer service department. Packages that are returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged additional shipping charges when your package is reshipped.
