RETURN POLICY TERMS
Skincare Solutions Store offers the world’s leading anti-aging cosmeceuticals and devices normally available only through physicians’ offices and high-end spas at much higher prices. All products on the website are guaranteed to be authentic.
Only unused and unopened skin care products may be returned. Used skin care products are non returnable and non refundable.
As we cannot monitor the end user for their skin type, health condition and product compatibility, we strongly recommend that you consult your physician or a skin care professional for an analysis of your particular skin type and sensitivity level before purchasing any product. No refund will be given for any reason relating to product effect or compatibility with your skin type, including allergic reaction.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us via e-mail within 3 days of receiving your item for a Return Authorization (RA) number. The product must be returned within 10 days of the issuance of the RA number. A replacement product will be sent upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. When returning an item, please make sure to use all the original packaging wherein the shipment has come to you, with all accessories.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items if there is no damage and we did not make a mistake in shipping.Opened or used cosmeceuticals cannot be returned or refunded. Return requests for undamaged and unopened items must be made within 3 days of delivery. The product must be returned within 10 days of the issuance of the RA number.
ANY ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION OR AFTER THE 10 DAY RETURN PERIOD WILL BE DESTROYED AND NO CREDIT GIVEN.

In the event a return results in a refund due, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
If your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery or marked return to sender, a reshipping fee will be assessed. The fee is $5.00 for domestic orders and $15.00 for international orders. Please double-check your shipping address before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.
Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled prior to shipment and cancellation must be acknowledged as such, by us, either by phone or email.
After 30 days all sales will be deemed final and requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges will be denied.

There are no refunds for mis-spelled or wrong shipping addresses as long as the USPS Delivery shows confirmed delivery.
Warranty claims for devices we carry must be made by contacting the manufacturer. A device that fails to function due to manufacturer defect within the warranty period may be replaced with an identical or equivalent model device by the manufacturer.
