How do I place an order?

  • • It’s easy to place an order with us. Go to our website and begin browsing our products.
  • • Once you’ve found the product you want, you’ll need to click ‘Add to Cart’. You can either carry on shopping or click on ‘View Cart’ if you’ve got everything you need; this will give you the option to checkout.
  • • If you have any addresses or payment options saved to your account then these will automatically display in the checkout, making it quick and easy to complete the order. Otherwise, you’ll need to enter the details manually.
  • • Check everything is correct and you’re good to go. We’ll send you an email as soon as the order is on its way.



Can I place an order over the phone?

Our Customer Service team is always on hand to provide support and guidance. All orders must be placed online but they’re more than happy to help you do so.



Do you offer returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase with original packaging.



What if I have questions and/or inquiries about a product or your store?

How will I know when my order is shipped?

  • • We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on its way. You can also check your account to see the progress of an order or to track it.
  • • We may ship items separately in the event of one or more of the items being delayed.



Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped, you will need to reach out to our Customer Service Department and request a cancellation. If your order has already been processed to ship, then you will need to go through the return process.



What if I receive a defective item?

If you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department within seven days of receipt and take pictures when possible. We will be happy to assist.



What if I receive the wrong item?

If a mistake is made when packaging your order, please reach out to our Customer Service Department and they will be happy to assist you in rectifying the mistake.



What if I ordered the wrong item?

You can return any unused, unopened product for a refund minus shipping costs and applicable restocking fees if you purchase the incorrect product. Please reach out to our Customer Service Department and they will assist you in the process and provide the best resolution to the mistaken purchase. I’m having a reaction to the product. Can I return it?

  • • I Something we hear often is that customers are breaking out or having a reaction to a new product. Please know that this is very typical. When you begin using any new product or regimen, your skin can acclimate to new ingredients in a variety of ways. Tingling, redness, flaky skin and even purging are common skin responses to unfamiliar ingredients. Purging, especially, means that a product is bringing skin impurities to the surface to be expelled, which often results in breakouts – but in the end, this process is often well worth it.
  • • Additionally, irritation can occasionally occur if the product is being used incorrectly or with other products not suitable for use together. We'd be happy to help you in determining the nature of your reaction – just give us a quick email!

Are your products authentic?

Yes. All the products we carry are fresh and authentic. All our products are sourced directly from the brand manufacturers; however, we are not an officially licensed retailer or affiliated with all the product lines we carry.



The product I received looks different than the picture on the website, does that mean it’s fake?

No, you will never receive a counterfeit/fake product from our website. Skincare companies are notorious for changing product packaging and making updates without giving notice to the retailers. When this happens, we will update our website to reflect the newest changes but still have the older packaging in stock. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.



Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship orders all over the world. A note for shipping internationally: during checkout, select your country first, then the rest of the shipment fields will populate accordingly and make the process easier for filling in your shipment details.



I placed my order, when will it ship?

We ship Monday-Friday and observe USPS’s holiday closure schedule. You can expect your order to ship within 24 hours of purchase, unless purchased on the weekend or during a holiday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment email that will include your tracking number. Please view our shipment options for more information on the shipping services we offer.
