All orders within the U.S. over $50.00 are shipped free via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Expedited with Delivery Confirmation and an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days. Orders shipped to the East Coast, Hawaii and Alaska may take an additional day to arrive

International Orders

The United States Post Office has increased their rates by almost double for international sellers. Due to this rate hike, we have had to increase our shipping rates to our customers over seas. We are hoping that the post office will adjust the rates to a more acceptable level in the near future. If that indeed does happen, we will pass those savings on to our customers. We have added First Class International as a shipping option to reduce the shipping price for orders.

First Class International* $13.00 + $2.00 each additional item

Priority International* (7-10 business days) Flat charge: $26.95 + $2.00 each additional item

Express Mail International** (3-7 business days) Can be tracked Flat charge: $48.00

Additional customs charges on international orders may apply, and are solely the responsibility of the customer. Any such charges are not included in the shipping rates mentioned above. Some countries may not add customs charges if your order is a gift. If your order is a gift, check the box when checking out or add it in the note area at checkout. The package will be marked as a gift on the customs form. Occasionally international shipping rates may vary from those posted. If this is the case, we will contact you via e-mail before shipping.

* Please allow for a longer shipping time on international orders, generally 7-10 business days for Priority Mail International.

** Allow 4-5 business days for Priority Express Mail International. International packages may be subject to custom’s inspection and may be held at customs for as long as 30 days. We are unable to locate these orders once they have left the US.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We guarantee all products purchased at Skincare Solutions Store are free of defects upon delivery and exactly as described or you may return them immediately for a new replacement at no additional cost. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim.

As we cannot monitor the end user for their skin type, health condition and product compatibility, we strongly recommend that you consult your physician or a skin care professional for an analysis of your particular skin type and sensitivity level before purchasing any product. No refund will be given for any reason relating to product effect or compatibility with your skin type, including allergic reaction. We can only offer return privileges if an incorrect item is shipped or an item is received damaged or defective.

There is also a $10 fee for refused orders or those that are returned as 'undeliverable.' Please ensure the shipping information you have provided is correct and complete upon placing your order to avoid this fee.

Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request.
